On October 3, 2024, Eric ROJAS, Intellectual Property Lawyer at BUGNION SA and President of the Association romande de propriété intellectuelle (AROPI), moderated the regional conference on recent developments in intellectual property law. Organized in Annecy by the GRAPI, the AROPI and the ASPI, this day was primarily dedicated to comparative Franco-Swiss insights on trademark and copyright law, as well as the latest trends in United States patent law.
