PARIS UNION CONVENTION AND PCT – CAPE VERDE

On July 6, 2022, the Paris Convention and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) will enter into force for Cape Verde, allowing inventors from other PCT member states, including Switzerland, to protect their inventions in Cape Verde through this treaty which has 156 contracting Member States.
