WORLD INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ORGANIZATION (WIPO) WORLD AWARDS – FIRST EDITION

The WIPO Global Awards program, a newcomer to the field of intellectual property, is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises in WIPO Member States. The purpose of the awards is to recognize “innovative business solutions based on intellectual property rights that contribute to economic, social and cultural progress” (Source: WIPO).

The five winners of this first edition were announced in July 2022. They are HYDRALOOP (Netherlands), LUCENCE (Singapore), RAYCAN Technology Co LTd (China), SHYLON (China) and SPLINK (Japan).
